To me it seems strange that you would "modify" (vandalise?)a Lincoln, of which there are only about 6 or 7 left, to try and depict a Lancaster when you already have 10 Lancaster replicas?

Erm, those replica Lancasters were moulded off something Shorty, I think you may have it around the wrong way.

I am not convinced that it is a Lincoln at Wellington. Kermit is often saying things that are half remembered.... As far as I can figure the Lincoln in question is at Moorabbin. And there is possibly a separate Lanc at Wellington. I do not know though, and those who do all have signed non-disclosure agreements.
