If you go onto the tvnz on demand site (via tvnz.co.nz) you can see the 'Duke' channel on that so can watch it from anywhere.

Tried accessing the tvnz on demand Duke channel and it only allows access from within NZ.
Nothing has changed since the last time I tried and couldn't access tvnz.
