Had no idea what large flaps they had on those Lockheed 12s. Also the tail fins look very similar to those fitted on the later Lockheed 14s, quite unlike those of its predecessor (Lockheed 10 Electra). Magnificent images!

Need to fact check that history against what I found.....more later. But I dispute that it was built as a Lockheed 12....it had 5 seats. I also do not believe that it was redesignated.
