Hello to people in Auckland , Northland and the Waikato in particular - What a fabulous flight the crew of FLY DC3 New Zealand had last Saturday - and we are looking forward to May 15th - with 3 flights planned.

Went for a trip a couple of weeks back. Originally booked by my wife as a Christmas present over two years ago! Covid and a health issue got in the way, then the DC-3 was out for engine repairs. Had a lovely hour up the coast to Goat Island and back, flying over Auckland International and the CBD on the way out. The 767 seats are an improvement but being a little higher, make it awkward looking out the windows.
On our return, Jessica let slip that Covid had cost them $250,000 in earnings, so any support for fuller flights was appreciated.
