Just watched 757-1 do some cool low level flying around Whenuapai, including hard and fast banking after a touch and go. Does anyone know what the banking limit of the aircraft is? I’m sure it wasn’t the case but a couple of times it looked on edge! I had a decent view as he was essentially turning right at me. Would this also be part of normal training, or might it be preparation for air show displays, or even getting ready to deploy to the front lines in Russia?

I read somewhere that they are doing airshow practice around Whenuapai for a couple days. They will fly between 1000 and 2000 ft. But obviously lower over the runway.

I agree Peter , its nice to see a large aircraft given some freedom and it just shows you how much more they have in reserve when on airline duties.
