An unusual one! From the PRESS, 3 MARCH 1950
Dents in Warship’s Hull
When the New Zealand frigate Hawea was docked for overhaul at the Devonport Naval Base, Auckland, two large dents were found in her bottom. Though the cause is not known, the generally accepted theory is that the Hawea ran over dumped German railway engines in Antwerp harbour.

You'd think they would have sent down divers at the time of the suspected accident to inspect the hull! I take it this would have been her first hull inspection since arriving in NZ.
