A very big-sounding chopper just flew into Whenuapai. Not showing on FR but sounded bigger than I recall an NH-90 sounding. Are there any foreigners supposed to be floating about at the moment?

Okay, two more literally just went over the house, quite low, close-ish formation. Not showing up on FR. Could only sort of make out the silhouettes.
First one had no lights whatsoever, and from what I could see sort of looked like an AW109. Second one sort of looked like an NH-90. Didn’t sound as big as last night’s. But the air was thicker last night which might’ve played a part (?).
Anyway, quite cool whatever they are. Certainly made doing the dishes more exciting!

A couple of NH-90s just went overhead at work (they’re following me) so I’m guessing that’s what’s been going into Whenuapai the last couple of nights.
