14 Sqn, J-Force, ORB and Unit history sheets

I have located the above documents in an overseas archive.

Are these documents available from NZ sources?

There does not seem to be an ORB for that 1946-48 period for the squadron at the National Archives as far as I can see, although Archives NZ's new search engine is terrible for finding anything these days. They totally screwed the pooch when they "upgraded" it.

I see what you mean about the performance of the archives search function.
It is painfully slow, and it is not obvious what the results relate to.

Wow, well those did not come up in my search.

Is the version you found in an overseas archive simply a listing? Or are the ORB's all online to read at their site?

There is some pretty interesting stuff in it. Not as detailed as some ORB I have looked at, but sometimes ties an aircraft to a pilot etc.
