Hello
Anyone else on the shore see the 4 Seasprites up together today, it was around midday.
I was wondering what they were celebrating or practising for?
I saw them from the distance heading down over the east coast then turning in towards Whenuapai.
Was a very nice site to see.

I happened to be passing Whenuapai just as they were about to lift off at about 10.00am and was in almost the same spot just after 12 when they came back and flew over the base before landing. It was great to see them up together like that. I didn't think to take photos the first time but upon their return I did leap out of the car to snap away with my phone but the resulting pictures are rubbish so I apologise that I cannot present some here.

Possibly only helos with any flying hours available at the moment after the effort the NH90s achieved supporting disaster relief.

Also I wonder what NZ has that Aussie doesn’t and that requires the deep clean? |
