I am a LAME from a long time ago. Remembering all the conversations about people wanting to leave the aviation industry but dont because its an easy number or they dont know where to start.
I run a team of technicians. We build and fitout hospital operating theatres. The work is technical and mostly quite clean. Requiring finishing of work is as important as mistakes in theatres also make the media.
