Sad to say that my great friend Gordon Glynn passed away last night. Have know him and worked with him for well over 40 years. Gordo flew the HARS Catalina, owned his own Birdog, has been responsible for the work on many warbirds outside those on which he worked at HARS. A stalwart at Temora from the very early days. Shall be much missed.

Oh gosh, that is very sad to hear Ando. He was a great guy and a warbirds legend in Aussie. My condolences to his family and friends, and the HARS team.

Ando, I’m very sorry to hear this. You’ve often spoken fondly of him as a great mate and project partner. I’m sure he’s left you with some enduring happy memories. Pete.

A legend in his own time and, if he befriended you, it was a privilege. I been places and done things I could not have done without him in my life. His aviation knowledge was tremendous and he was a skilled craftsman. A truly great loss. He will be missed at HARS and by all the aviation and warbird community who were lucky enough to know him.
