NZ Warbirds on Parade! NZ Warbirds will be showcasing aircraft from the Pacific theatre as well as from the Great War, the Golden Age of Aviation, the Second World War and the Jet age. Some real high-octane stuff!

Along with the flying displays, there will be static aircraft, military vehicles and re-enactors on show. Merchandise and refreshments will be available.

A great family day out! Spread the word!

Mint day for it. I could have done with applying more sun cream and spending less time in the food queue. Otherwise, practically perfect in every way. Absolutely LOVE the new Corsair scheme.

Yep great day as ever and big thanks to all the organisers.

Only critique would be the provision of some shaded areas. I know it’s not always as hot as it was yesterday, but I really noticed it since it was my daughter’s first airshow and I was conscious of her sun time.
Not a deal breaker for future events though.

Hi all

I took a few, very short video clips at Warbirds on Parade 10/3/24. I have added some photos to give the video a tad more running time. It's always a trade-off when you are taking photos and video at the same time. I focused more on taking photos this time due to the excellent early morning light on the day. I was fortunate to get a few seconds of Warren taxing the Mosquito from Avspecs hangar to it's display location early the morning. A big thank you to the folks that organised the event.
