Hi guys, I have recently aquired an Airmodel vac formed conversion kit for an Avro Anson XII / C19. This amounts to one vacformed sheet with new fuselage halves, cowlings and upper outboard wing panels (oddly no lower panels!) that with an Airfix Mark I kit and a lot of hard work could be made into a reasonable model. The RNZAF used two "loaned" Mark 12s in support of the British High Commission, and I wish to build this model to represent either one of them , PH599 or PH600. PH600 has the more interesting history by most accounts. As these were not particularly well known machines in NZ, pictures are really difficult to come by. I know that Warren Russell's NZPAF / RNZAF colour Schemes Vol 1 had some photos, and I think even the colour scheme drawing. I am looking for any such info that may help, such as photos or the russel drawings. I know I'm always on the scrounge for such stuff, and your help is always appreciated. I also have have the airmodel conversion for a C60 lodestar - which is likewise a little light on detail! Cheers, Bruce.
