Future Airshow Guest Overseas Aircraft
Ok, purely hypothetical question. Given a choice, which would you rather see at a major future NZ Airshow? A:- Former RNZAF airworthy Dauntless. B:- Yak 110. Co-joined airframe. 2 turning, one burning.
I’d include images if I could remember how to do it.
The Dauntless a rarity with Kiwi history, the Yak a spectacular beast unlike any other. Distinctive profile, sprightly and spectacular performer. Thoughts? Preferences?

I absolutely love the Dauntless. Possible problem being Joe and Josephine Public might mistake it for a big Harvard with dive brakes. Would it have the attendance pulling power? Or would it be more of an attraction for the hard core enthusiasts.

Seeing NZ5062 in Kiwi skies is a dream I've had for as long as I can remember knowing of her existence. Truly something I've wished for. I had heard rumours of the Yak-110 appearing at Wanaka this year and I would love to see it, but given the choice it's the Dauntless.
But that's just me.
