Is there anyone out there who may have a colour photograph of K13 when it adorned the Air Training Corps colours? This was in the December 1969 till November 1974 era when it changed ownership to the Wigram Aviation Sports Club and was repainted to a yellow fuselage and white wings scheme, which I photographed in 1979.
I am helping Roger Reid with a project so any help would be much appreciated by both of us. You could send me a personal message to planewriting or post such a colour on this thread.

This help? From the AFMoNZ site: WgG1644a-73: October 1973 "Air to air view of Schleicher AS-K 13 glider ZK-GFY in flight over Christchurch. Flying from RNZAF Base Wigram".

Thanks Antonio, it certainly shows that there was such a K-13 flying in Christchurch. I wonder who out there may have a colour photo of GFY in that scheme.

Here's another view of ZK-GFY with the 'Air Training Corps' stencil on it and a different style of roundel...

Thanks McFly. They are both very good. The latter one illustrates the lettering colour much better.

Hi there Peter. The first colour photo appears to be on the earlier Omarama airstrip which ran parallel to the road leading in from Otematata. The second photo is Timaru. Cheers
