I did that several times over the days to no avail, but today it worked OK.
There were also Red Cufflinks produced (I think for ground staff).
I had a set and donated them to a Forum Meeting as a raffle prize about ten years ago.
Apparently they were well received by some lucky attendee, though I know not whom.
