The Press published the article below on 21 June 1971 (complete with the misspelling of tahr):
It does not elaborate why this was being done. Was there a push to start farming tahr and chamois using the wild animals, as happened with deer? I do not recall ever hearing of tahr and chamois being farmed but that is the only reason I can think that they'd live capture them.
