NZ Warbirds Hangar Talk
The latest iteration of the Hangar Talk series is now being presented… and this is a very special one.
Dr Adam Claasen will give his excellent presentation on NZ WW1 Fighter Ace Keith “Grid” Caldwell on November 17 at 2:30pm, appropriately in Hangar 1. Several members have already seen it, and the reviews are outstanding.
This is preceded by “TO REMEMBER”, a short documentary on a kiwi pilot in the RFC during WW1 produced by his Great-Granddaughter and filmed in part at NZ Warbirds @ Ardmore.
Following the two presentations, we hope to fly as many of the WW1 aircraft as possible, before retiring to Mac’s Bar.
