RNZAF Avenger in Diecast

Hi all,

If anyone collects diecast model aircraft, here is some good news. Hobby Master will be making the following release shortly: -

TBF-1C "Avenger" NZ2518 "Plonky", 30 Squadron, RNZAF, Piva, Bougainville, 1944

I don't know where you will be able to purchase these in NZ. I purchase all my diecasts via the web from the USA and am happy to give some recommendations of reputable websites from where you can order if interested.

(PS: They also make an SBD-5 in diecast. I have sent them information about possible RNZAF schemes they could release. I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed on this!)

Thanks for the welcome Dave, and for fixing the link. Yeah, guess I'm the classic "lurker" ;-) I haven't said much (anything!, but have certainly enjoyed reading through the posts on this forum. I'm facinated with some of the history that's recorded here.
