Hi guys, I guess that you may have noticed that only 3 or 4 of the forum members are posting anything regularly. Thats not a problem by me, but if you are a member but havent found anything interesting to discuss, or were afraid of sharing, how about letting us know? I'm sure Dave wouldnt mind adding extra categories etc if you want. Taking part in the discussions is great fun and you get to learn heaps - how about joining us? We seem to have plenty of Guests "lurking" around anonimously - great to have you guys (and girls?) visiting, I trust you also have found something interesting. If you have, Great! How about posting a little note to say so, you can actually post as an anonimous guest. Of course its much friendlier if you sign up and introduce yourself, but thats up to you. Thought I'd mention these things to liven things up a bit - what do you reckon?

Good on you, Bruce. I was thinking the same thing. I don't want this forum to die off as I believe it has a wealth of information regarding NZ (and other) aviation. I have learnt a heck of a lot from here. Admittedly I haven't been posting as much as I'd like to due to as I'm getting married in one months time (lot of organising going on !!! ) Bring it on, peoples !!! Cheers Chris

I agaree that it would indeed be great if a few more of the members and guests contributed a little more to the board. I realise it may not always be easy in some circumstances, but I want to say this:
Everyone is welcome to participate and I'd like to encourage anyone who reads this to please feel free to bring up any queries or discussion points relative to the topics, and join in the debate and banter with others on the board. Every opinion is valuable, and we'd all like to see a few more contibutors because the more diverse, the more we'll all gain and learn.
To our Aussie members, and I know there are a few of you - feel free to discuss RAAF and ANZAC topics too if you want. I can add another board if need be, for Australian and Trans-tasman Air Force or military topics, past and present. That could be jolly interesting. Would people like this?
I'd really love to see some contribution here from genuine veterans - their input is always worth reading or listening to, and I know many of them are now on the internet too. It would also be great if we can get more members who are involved in the national museums and warbird scene such as Motat, Wigram, Ardmore and Wanaka too to contribute. So if you're chatting to anyone who's involved in the industry or aviation musuems, please mention the forum. They may be keen to join and we'd love to welcome some expert opinion aboard.
Also, modellers are very welcome to discuss RNZAF modelling here. If you are in a modelling club, please metion the forum to others.
Spread the word and feel free to join in.
