That is ridiculous Dave. It's a fairly uncommon find but you see it fairly often. I saw one recently on abebooks for $US30 which is probably a fair price.
For $NZ120 it should almost be a signed copy. I picked up a signed copy of Battle of Britain pilot Stapme's autobiography a couple of months ago and that only cost me $NZ100.
As that bloke from "The Castle" would say...
"Tell him he's dreaming" ;D

That's pretty much what I thought Tim.
A little off topic but I had the great pleasure of meeting and sharing a few beers with Colin Grey during the opening of the New Zealand Fighter Pilots' Museum at Wanaka. I had just weeks before that finished reading his book, so we discussed it at length. It was such a great pleasure chatting with him, and Des Scott was another who was chatting with us. Both true heroes. I also met Bob Spurdle, who's book I'd also read, and Max Collett, among others.
I remember that during that afternoon Sir Tim Wallis had taken all the fighter pilots (there were 20 or so top NZ aces there) and their wives for a flight in his helicopter, two by two. He'd taken them all down the river valley at low level and high speed, and flown at a cliff face wall, doing a wing over at the last minute. Des said it was the scariest flight he'd ever been on. His wife agreed tenfold in her case!
