I heard a review and interview tonight on Sounds Historical (National Radio, Sundays 8-10pm) of a new book by Meagan Hutchings where she has interviewed New Zealanders who served in the Pacific war. It sounds like a fascinating book. Some details are here

She plans to do similar book next on the NZ Home Front in WWII
