If you don't subscribe to Classic Wings, I suggest you might want to buy a copy of the latest issue from your local bookshop. It is a really good issue in my opinion.
The cover has a lovely photo of a Boeing 40 that has returned to the air.
But inside such articles as a feature on Glyn Powell and the Mosquitoes he's rebuilding; the restoration of aircraft that have been raised from beneath lakes; a great article on the huge cache of Hawker Hinds just recovered from Afghanistan to the UK, and also a spread showing an ex-RAN Sea Fury now in Colorado, make it a top notch issue.
There's also updates on some Kiwi projects like Bill Reid's Anson, the Stearman at Omaka, the new DH89 at Ardmore, Australia's new Hudson and much more.
Well done to the Classic Wings team on a great issue.

Bill Reids Anson looks amazing and perhaps not to far away from flying! Good to see that Glyn Powell is working on his own Mosquito as well. I wonder how far through it he is?

Yip can only agree with you on the Boeing 40 Dave. That aircraft is just stunning and hopefully more Classics like that aircraft will return to the air.
