3 News said tonight that around 50 students who were mainly from Britain and were out here in Hamilton, NZ for training with CTC at Rukuhia, have been made homeless after a fire destroyed their hostel.
This is awful news. I hope that no-one was hurt and that they will all be able to find alternate accommodation etc without too much disruption to their training.
I also hope this does not disrupt the company too much, which only days ago was being praised in the press and announced they were to purchase more aircraft, Alpha 160a's
