Just a few minutes ago I was here typing away and suddenlt heard loud jet noise low over the house. I rushed outside expecting to see a Vampire or Hunter darting off into the distance, but no - a 737!
At least it looked like one. It was very low, and very unusual to see over Cambridge at such a low level. Not at rooftops of course, a few thousand feet I guess, but usually they're only low out over the airport way between here and Hamilton, or if they're above us here, then up in the stratosphere making vapour trails.
It was headed a kind of SSW direction. I wonder why is was low over Cambridge. Strange.

Maybe PAC are working on a new version of the Fletcher to challenge Boeing and Airbus in the passenger jet market? ;D
