Did anyone else see 'Sunday' tonight on TV One?
The CAA is again in the firing line over its accident investigation records and safety guidelines, regarding a Fletcher topdresser crash three years ago where two men were killed.
Apparently the coroner and OSH as well as families are getting the inquiry reopened with a new court sitting this week. Well known pilot, writer and aviation medicine researcher Dr. Ross Ewing was on there saying that CAA needs to bring in guidelines for topdressing pilots as the fatigue of flying long hours is killing too many of them unnecessarily.
