While travelling today on Broardlands Road , between Taupo and Reporoa , I saw in a paddock on the left a newly painted hulk of a Metroliner , fuselage , wings and empty nacelles which seem to have been capped with alloy plates . Does anyone have any info on this , is it a childrens play house or an advert for a new business ?

Apparently working on Metroliner engine nacelles is/was a health hazard . Asbestos !
