Fatal accident reports.

They are in pdf and download to your computer when selected.

There is an accident and incidents page with a number of options.

CAA doesnt investigate all accidents, some are handled by TAIC (Transport Accident Investigation Commission) and the reports are published (along with shipp and train accidents) at www.taic.org.nz
