I popped in to Hamilton Airport today for just under an hour and got the following pics. Certainly looks great now it has been modernised. Was this you Joe?   This Dash 8 took off for Wellington.   Bar area.  Cafe area.  Check in  A Nomad with Aussie reg that I can't quite read it all? Help?  Colin |

Hi Colin. Nice photos. Yes, Hamilton Airport is much more modern now they have updated the terminal areas. Not me in the Metro, ZK-NSS is the Auckland based Life Flight Air Ambulance. I spent a good part of yesterday in Wanganui, the terminal of which has also had a facelift.

The terminal reminds me of the 1950's or 1960's vision of how the future of aviation termianls would look. They were scarily right.
