Another beautiful machine! I love both the Corsair and the Mustang, but the Corsair will always be Number 1 in my book.
Again, great photos, Alex: wish I could get mine to look that good. ;D

Fabulous shots Alex.
Doesn't ZK-TAF look nice in that temporary scheme? Was it the colours of a famous pilot? I remember Matchbox made a 1/72nd scale Mustang in those colours when I was a kid.

Cheers Alex. What was the photoship just out of interest? Yak 52. If you were at the airshow on the Sunday, we took off just before the last display (P-51) and headed off to the domes in light rain. The whole way there I kept hoping for sun. By luck when the P-51 pulled up beside us, out came the sun and when Graham left so did the sun. And if you ever wondered how fast it is, Graham was standing on the wing as we joined up overhead about 5 minutes after we parted!

Cool!
Oh, it's fast all right. I was very lucky to be involved in the advert they made with it at Wigram for Tiger Beer. That's the fastest I've seen it displayed, low hard and fast, below the level of the control tower balcony! Fantastic for me as a close spectator!

She certainly is a beast! Avalon was the first time I'd seen here in action, and I loved the sound the Bristol Hercules makes while idling.
