Having very quickly found the "Four Winds" video for Dave, I've noted a couple of others which might now be considered rare, or unique!
One is the Air Expo 1992 at Mangere, described as "New Zealand's Greatest Airshow "which may or may not be hyperbole, but it does contain some now unique footage. It includes the RAF Harrier, and the Beriev Amphibian taking off in Auckland Harbour and landing at Mangere. I was at that show!
Another is the USAF 50th Anniversary Air Show at Nellis in 1997 which is also quite good. The BBMF Spitfire was there, having been crated in a Herc and flown to the show where it was reassembled and flown by Sqn Ldr Paul Day.Which brings me to the video of that specific event; the "Spitfire and the Major" which is excellent viewing. Some great shots of a Spitfire Mk V over the Nevada desert!
I'd be happy to make them available to Dave who can arrange distribution and viewing!

Colin, I have the Air Expo video too, and also attended the event. The video was a TV One production and I was disappointed that only a few months after buying it, they screened it on TV. Oh well. It was a good show, the highlight of which for me was the Hannas recreating an RNZAF dogfight with P-40K vs Zero, the first such display ever seen in NZ!
The Harrier and Albatross were real treats, as was the big Antonov.
I wouldn't call in NZ's greatest airshow. Wanaka holds that title I think, and I think even some of the prewar ones would be more special to have attended - Vildebeest three-ship display team!
I am interested in the BBMF video. I have never heard of them displaying their aircraft outside of the UK before. I'm sure others would also be interesed, thanks. I am planning a second circular video for the future.

I plan to make a second circular forum video for memebrs to pass around (as with the one currently doing the rounds) so I'll add this and the other video Colin is sending to me to them, then everyone can see them.
