The Tiger Moth Club of NZ. Inc. will host their annual Spring fly in at Taumarunui. This is the big one as the Tiger Moth is 75 years old in October 2006. The club is seeking biggest collection of Tigers Moths ever, in NZ, to be there. NB This is the weekend AFTER Labour Weekend. I have booked a Cessna 172 (sorry, not a Tiger!) to fly from Auckland down to this event at Taumaranui on Saturday 28th. Anticipating departing mid-morning, returning no later than 4pm. Possibly calling in at Hamilton either on the way down or back.
