I need opinions please to help me organise my airshow display team website.
I have pages for military displays teams and an area for soloists like when one Hercules turns up at a show and displays.
But what about a synchronised pair? If two aircraft of a type turn up and do an aerobatic display that's all pre-rehearsed, etc, do you consider them as a "team"?
I'm talking about like at Wanaka in 2006 the twp No. 6 Squadron Seasprite helicopters. Or back in 1981 at Air Force Day 81, Ohakea two Strikemasters did a routine.
Would you class two aircaft as a team?
Or should a seperate page be created for synchronised pairs?
I consider three or more a team but I'm undecided on two...

Splitting hairs Dave. Any multiple aircraft flying together in close proximity must work as a team. Think synchronised pairs is more of a helo thing ( eg. RAN's Pirouettes....2 Squirrels), but it is still very skilled formation flying. And they go backwards too!

Yes, I'm inclined to agree with you. I just needed to make sure of what the situation is.
Good to see you back here Rob, I haven't seen you around for a while.

Thanks Dave. Been a bit subdued since I sold the Yak, but in the process of importing a couple of projects which will keep me out of mischief/pocket for the next couple of years. Will post a few pics when they arrive.
