Just kidding...however lets suppose the pacific and global situation was to change and NZ required an airforce to work in with the aussies..with some teeth .Our total defence spending as a % of GDP has gone from 1%(today) to say 2.5% ( UK is 3% and US 4% at present)What type of airforce would the ATC guys subscribe to??
