NZ SAS to receive US Presidential Citation

The country's elite soldiers, the Special Air Service, will be presented with a United States presidential citation at a ceremony in Auckland today, nearly three years after the honour was bestowed on them.

President George W. Bush awarded a unit citation to the 1 NZSAS Group and a personal commendation for its commander, Lieutenant Colonel Peter Kelly, for their work in Afghanistan.

And tomorrow evening the first of a four part series on the NZ SAS will screen on TV3. Should be interesting, it's the first ever I think.
