A friend of mine who from overseas who has had asscociation with the real aircraft emailed me this file. He didnt tell me who made this plane but it is about to be launched on some flight sim sites by the sounds of it. I was told not to pass the file on just yet but heres a few sample shots I made just now and it flies quite well but rolls too quickly The aircraft might be out now as the folder has been sitting in my junk file folder for a couple of days and I didnt realise it was there First there was this Now there is this

Nice - scheme looks slightly different but nice all the same - now I have a nice Bristol Fighter and I have the new Omaka/Marlbrough scenery on order - hmm seems I will have to do something with all three sometime when I have them

Very nice. Naki, if you and others link up online you could re-enact the whole Classic Fighters airshow! I wonder if I could virtually stand on the sideline and watch.

YES YES YES!!!!!!! FANFREAKINTASTIC! I've been waiting for this for the past eight years, terrific! And of course it *has* to come out now that I'm hundreds of miles away from my FS PC! Goshdarnit! Must...save...for...PC... So, how long until someone does a repaint of her as another certain reproduction? BRING ON JPI!!! WOO!!! EDIT: Taking another look at this beauty, it seems whoever created it did a fantastic job of recreating the D.IIIa in flight sim form...HOWEVER, I'm wondering how hard it would be to adjust the model to resemble JPI. JPI is a bit odd, as she has D.III/early D.IIIa pointed tailplane and lower mainplane, and D.IIIa cowl with MGs on top. Of course, she also has a Gipsy rather than Mercedes, so there's a coupla cylinders and the plumbing's quite different...But, beggars can't be choosers! I can dream though!

Hi Dave
I don't do multi play in FS (no time, no broadband etc) but there are plenty that do.
Over in the NZFF forums they did have a virtual air show in FSX (must of being one of the first in the world I reckon as haven't seen any others). They had guest pilot from Microsoft appear and various aircraft ranging from 747s, C-17, Mustangs and parachuting etc. You could watch as a virtual spectator. I dint "go" so to speak as I don't have FSX. All very well done.

Excellent! Can't wait to try this baby for myself. Probably the closest I'll get to flying a Pfalz for some time...

I'm beginning to suspect Zac, that you may have Pfalz fever? Virtual airshows, never heard of that before, but hey, if the weather is crap and you can't afford to go out, why not I suppose. No different to those who 'fly' real long haul airline flights on FS (personally I'd rather be paid for sitting on my arse monitoring a computer for hours on end myself though!)

I'm beginning to suspect Zac, that you may have Pfalz fever? 8-)Is it so obvious? Hehe...the Bellamy Pfalz, ZK-JPI, is my all-time favourite individual aircraft. I could go on and on about her here, but I'll spare you that. For now....hehe....Just wait til I've got this darling on FS! And a PC for FS! *sighs longingly* I've done the old FS multiplayer thing a bit, but I'd love to do some formation work. I mean, the idea of a virtual Roaring Forties sounds like awesome fun!

Fantabulous shots Naki! I think I'm in love....it's so very cool to see a D.IIIa and D.VII together. Any chance of some front three-quarter views, a la Gavin?
Wow....I really, *really* need to get me a FS-capable PC, and soon.
