A head sup for anyone interesed, as the title says, there is a RAAF Caribou parked at Air Movements on the western apron at Wellington. It flew today then returned. Are there exercises going on or is it just a training flight? Will try to get some pics, did not have a chance today.

The two RAAF Hercules were at Hamilton Airport yesterday apparently. My mum saw them there.

Today one was scooting VFR at low level down the west coast of the South Island heading towards Oamaru. We were heading out of Invercargill when we heard them. I wouldn't have thought it was a very good day for VFR operations?

Oops, my error. Even the Ockers can find their way to Oamaru.
