I had the privelege of flying with Guy years ago, after I had read his entertaining books. A real gentleman and enthusastic pilot. Did he ever publish the third book? Or did the Proctor occupy his time?

Wow! Those are beautiful photos of a lovely aircraft. Thanks for posting them Alex, they're superb.
What books has Mr Clapshaw written?

Clapshaw, Guy. A likely story. (Braunton, England) Merlin Books, ISBN: 0863036929
Clapshaw, Guy. And that's another story. (Auckland, N.Z.) Random House N.Z. ISBN: 1869413245
The first book follow's Guy's military service in the UK through to flying Vampires, and into civil flying. The second book follows his business exploits, and move to NZ with Air Links who chartered a DC3 to SPANZ, then his move to TEAL on the Electra.
Great reads, you should get a copy of each book.
