Used 2 seperate aircraft to get the desired results. The above shots were done by sitting on the side of a cessna 180 looking down. That was fun as I moved a bit after a particul bump that put me about a foot further down from where I started. The below shot was done from a Pitts

Thanks for the explanation Glenn, it's always amazing the lengths you top photogs go to to get the perfect shot, but well worth the results.
