Those night shots are very cool! The first ones are all very nice too, what camera did you have before the 400d? There are a hell of a lot of functions to choose from on it, it was my first digtal camera and many of it's functions still baffle me.

Nice shots and the night one is great. Was the observation car park closed at that time?

Well done Alex, those are very dramatic shots. I could almost hear the jet noise. I'm looking forward to many more from you.

I had to wait until about 9:30pm before it was dark enough to do those night shots. the smurfs closed the entry gate at about that time and left the exit open, I probably left about 10pm. But I was talking to my team leader (national jet) and the link team leader, and I shouldnt have any problems taking photo's airside. so i'll have another go in the near future

Gee Craig, your old camera takes nice enough photos, doesn't it? Your selection from omaka were superb, not to mention the more recent Aussie airshows and museums.

Thanks Dave. ;D It's a great camera, but with only 12x optical zoom it can be very limited at airshows.

Ah yes. It is a problem. Mine's even smaller. Hence the reason I prefer my 20x zoom video.
