Thanks to Bradburger on the FlyPast Key Forum for pointing out this link www.angel.ne.jp/~tochy/Click the pictures to download some stunning WWII aircraft action - with a difference. It's computer generated imagery - some of the best I've seen. I LOVE The four Mossies and the Spitfire escort clip. This chap will go far I think.

Apparently this is very pirated on that link. Wonder if Ronnie (Skyraider 3d) has anything to do with the CGI's as he is a brilliant CGI artist.

The Mossie one is very realistic, just the landing sequence and also the props spinning gives it away. They are truly brilliant though !!! TNZ

How do you mean pirated? Are you saying Tochy didn't make them himself?

Just a comment on the Flypast board,..but I may be wrong. It looks all authentic to me though. Imagine all of those Jap fighters flying again....they produced some great looking aircraft.

Chris, can you please direct me to the comment you saw on FlyPast intimating the pirating of those clips? I must have missed it. Cheers mate

I've watched the Mossie one about 4 times now ,...it really is great isn't it. The scene where he follows the Spits and Mossies is very real looking. Too bad there isn't 2 flying Mossies anymore

Soon, mate, soon!
Ardmore will roar to the sound of Mossies soon enough I feel.
Yes, that film is great. I never read Bradburger's post fully when i first downloaded it. When I watched, I thought it had to be clips from a 1960's film I'd not seen before. I was stunned to learn it's all cgi. It makes Titanic and Pearl Harbor look amateur.

Such is progress. I'm currently learning a program called 3DS-Max which is what a lot of movies are using for animation. Just doing the basics but slowly progressing. The potential is just mind-blowing (as we've seen)
