Hi gents
Who is the official photographer for all the Westpac rescue helicopters.
The Christchurch website has some absolutely beautiful images on it. I wouldnt mind seeing if I could purchase some if possible.
Cheers Anthony

Anthony, I know that when the local regional media photo competitions come around there are usually one or two rescue helicopter shots each year as they're always fairly dramatic. Perhaps your local newspapers can put you onto photogs who've been on sorties too.

I know not of any official photographers Anthony, at least not for the Wellington Westpac helicopter.

Thanks mate, much appreciated.
Work is steady on rebuilding the upper cockpit section at the moment as all the contours/profiles are wrong..............

I still have yet to get that info for you, I thought there would be engineering details there but alas not readily available. Haven't forgotten.

Hey now problem Joe, I just appreciate any info you can get. I would just be happy with one of those vertical stab measurements.
Thanks again mate Anthony

Anthony I spotted on the advert for that surf rescue programme from Australia on Prime TV this week that there was a clip of what I think was the same chopper. Perhaps watching and recording that might reveal a few details, and same goes for Piha Rescue as sometimes the rescue helicopters are seen in that. Just a thought.
