IMHO I don't think the RAAF would transgress any height restriction for such displays. The first video seems to have been made with a wide angle lens which seems to make the aircraft so small that it is difficult to say how low it is on that first pass. The second video seems to show accurately that it was not too low; if that is the initial pass. I guess you would have to have been there (cameras lie). ;D
