Intended to eventually taxi behind a Jaguar V12! *drools at the prospect* If anyone has any flying shots of Fox Moth ZK-ADI from after the show on Sunday I'd love to see them, as I was on board Had no idea you were in attendance Glenn, would've loved to meet you! Looking forward to seeing the results from your visit

Nice mention and credit to Gavin by Jim Hickey on tonight's One News. Great shot of the bottom half of the mirror taken whilst Gav was inverted in Checkers 1. Gonna post that one Gavin? Rest of pics posted here are very good. Sounds like a great weekend, will endeavor to make the 2011 show.

This is the view on saturday, looking down the crowd to Spitfire Alpha Lima landing on 12. Hey I can see me on the edge of the crowd in that picture. Count seven or so heads to the left from the elevated media trailer at centre right, and there I am, in a red top and a white hat about halfway between the Spitfire tail and the chequered control van Here is the landing from there And some of the RNZAF participation

A great selection of pics! the marvels of digital. A quick summary of my efforts on Saturday shows 393 pics taken! Some are alright as well. Ques: Why has the RNZAF Historic Flight Harvard NZ1015 got an incorrect colour scheme?? The letter styles 15 now carried were never on the aircraft and the serial number spacing on the fuselage is also incorrect. You would think that as it is the official "historical" Harvard they could have at least got the colour scheme correct. I have plenty of pics of it on the day it retired (June 1977) if they want to get the right markings

Gavin, I'll check what I took of your Red Checkers flight later (I'm at a hostel in Nelson)

Fantastic photos from everyone!! Makes me even more envious of those who were able to attend... (OM in 2011, perhaps?)
Zac, in your series of photos posted at 4:48pm on April 13, there seems to be a black spot/smudge on all your images. It is in the same place on each photo (just below top, just right of centre). Is it on the original images in the camera or has it been introduced somewhere along the downloading/posting process?

Yip...you gotta ensure that the lens is clean...'cos it's a shame to see EVERY photo tainted in that manner. Friend of mine suffered the same fate at WOW 06...and there were some otherwise stunning shot in his album

Super photos one-and-all. Those sunset/evening shots are just the best. What was the official attendance figure for the whole weekend? The weather certainly played its part.

Easy enough to tidy up electronically, but gets a bit boring by the time you fix the fiftieth image or so.

Well what a fantastic show and some equally fantastic images coming through well done. It was great to meet up with some familiar faces and some new ones all enjoying something we all like very much. Great job done by all those involved with the show and all that work really paid off on the days activities. I too have come back with a touch of the flu so will just upload one shot for now. Cheers to all and look forward to 2011. Colin PS the dust spots? you will get very good at Cloning / healing brush in time! ;D

Yeah, the infamous smudge! My occasional girlfriend has christened it Clancy. Dad'd done his utmost to get rid of it, but to no avail. Very very cool Dave, looking forward to seeing the rest of your shots, and film! Fine shot Colin, and I was very glad to meet you

Dave that night shot of the Bristol is cool, you can even see the stars! And given what the Stuka looked like on Friday and Saturday my only comment is 'Wow!' . I noted it was still being painted while in the static park! As with the Bristol, well done to all involved, thats great work

Sneak pass and KS busy in the office. One of the many highlights of a great weekend. Another classic that made the ditch trip worthwhile. Mick
