Anzac weekend airshows near AKL

Hello all as I am new to the country (see introductions) just wondering if anyone knows of any airshows during the Anzac Day weekend within reasonable drive of AKL? I am driving and if someone wanted to come along I would be more than happy for them too. My flatmates mentioned something about aerobatics at Ardmore? Heard it on the radio. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
