I reckon that sounds ok, so long as Simon and the guys are happy. And then after the display we could all congregate again. i think there are going to be a fair few of us from the forum there, I'm very much looking forward to it.

11.45 am sounds great for meeting. You are all welcome to use our hangar as a base to store bags etc; coffee machine will be on and beers cold in the fridge.
Looking like the Sun God is going to shine

Damn ... just had a call from the Aero Club. The CT/4's intermittent engine fault is back and it's unavailable and there are no Robin's free for the entire day at such late notice. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement.

Stu, if it weren't so frustrating, the coincidence would be funny. The Yak's 100hr check didn't get finished on Friday so I'm a flightless bird this weekend as well...
Aviation's a funny game, 'innit?

Yep, I know what you mean .... the CT/4 seems to spend more time in maintenance at the moment than it does flying. Six weeks of postponements before finally getting rated in it, booked for Raglan but due to uncertainties of whether it would be on line I end up taking a Robin and now this. If it wasn't so much fun to fly I'd be saying bugger it, I'll stick to Robins Cheers, Stu.
