Nice shots. That Cheetah is next to the Anson (same one I think), and the Sabre was moved by its owner Dick Shuttleworth to Nelson. It's now in the Wearable Arts Museum and owned by Dick's son I believe. The Gnome is still on display, as are several Merlins. Nice shots Ken.

You're mate Hamish Kim who was mentioned earlier in the thread, might be the same Hamish Kim who is currently the QA Manager at Mount Cook Airline, he's ex-RNZAF & Ansett that I know of.

Theres that Napier Sabre that was discussed a while back! Baz Yes that Sabre engine was reclaimed by Dick Shuttleworth or son to return it to Nelson and to the WOWA Museum where they took photos of it and posted to me to prove its location and existence. Great to see an engine tidied up for display to make an aircraft complete - well done Baz!
