OK, OK movie geeks. What else have I been missing out on? What would you say are the best movies for flying scenes, military and non-military?

"Always" another Spielberg classic and love when the movie starts where the Catalina fire bomber touches down on the lake to fill up behind some unsuspecting local fishermen in a small boat. Also features A26 Invaders and C119(I think that's the designation).

Aside from the obvious; Battle of Britain, and Tora, Tora, Tora - my list includes Bat 21 (great 0-2 low level action) High Road to China Cloud Dancer

Captains of the clouds is one movie I have to watch. Also not really about flying that much but the Glen Miller story is a good one.

Capricorn One has a most amazing flying scene, Hughes 500's chasing a Stearman cropduster. Bloody awesome flying and film work. Great film too.
