So who will be in Blenheim on Thursday night and wants to meet up? Bonus points for being in walking distance of my motel. I'm actually on the tuesday evening ferry, but am catching up with a couple of aussies on Wednesday night.

I've moved to Ashliegh Court, but it's only ~400m from Bella Vista / Blenheim Palms (if I'm remembering 2 years ago correctly).

I won't be arriving at Picton until 13.35hrs on Good Friday, so I won't be around on Thursday evening.
I should be at Omaka by around 15.30hrs all ready to take a look around, then enjoy the evening airshow.

Ok I'm starting to get jealous of you lot now.
Sadly I wont be getting out of Brisbane this easter, which means this is the first Classic Fighters I haven't made it to, will be weird not being 'home' during airshow weekend.

Cork and Keg is a few miles west of Woodburn. We had a number of meals there last time and good pub grub. Place is called Renwick from memory.

Cork and keg is a great little place , but its probably 10km or so out of town . Only a short drive , but too far to walk .( and a reasonably expensive taxi ride ) |

Ok sounds like a plan then. Maybe we should put our hands up as to whose a starter? Say for 7pm?
Once we get numbers perhaps Grant you could book a table for us? Or I can do it (Not sure how popular it might be so an early booking might help.

The Argasy Cafe has very very good food, not cheap but great cuisine.
And you get to look out on the view of the wheelbarrow.
Actually, just been informed today that we will be closed the Fri / Sat so am thinking how much my secret account has in it.
Could make a dash for Omaka
