I have updated the original post above to add in two more speakers. This is the final line up.
Unlike previous events you do not have to pre-register. Simply set a reminder for yourself and mark your calendar, and then join using the link above. This is going to be a very interesting afternoon.

Although you don't have to pre-register, I am keen to hear if anyone here will be joining us. I am surprised by the lack of comment.

Yep an interesting lineup alright. I've read Garth Hogan's book so am interested to hearing from the man himself. Plus Al, Bevan, Brendon, Don and that Brankin fellow who keeps on appearing in my Facebook feed. Whats not to like? See you there.

Well...typical! The ONE afternoon I'd like to have off this time of year, I had to work in Twizel - with no internet coverage. Dave for your next 250th episode, make it earlier in the year!
Irrespective, congratulations on your tireless efforts to crystallize and preserve NZ Aviation history past and as it happens!
PS For purely selfish reasons: Is this conference going to be available online?

I did record it, and it will eventually be published. It ran very long and now I have to decide if the 250th episode is released as Episodes 250, 251, 252....
I am too tired to think about editing or uploading anything right at the moment. I have used too much brain today.

Bugger. Missed it due to Covid booster vax and getting my dates mixed up. Sounds like it went well Dave. Looking forward to the recording. Merry Christmas to you and all Forum Members.

110 percent worth a listen. Only issue I had was Brendon's sound kept on going quiet so I'm going to watch it again with a headset so hopefully catch what I missed. It was all awesome but the stand out was listening (and watching) Al Marshall's talk on how they got the Mosquito running without using most of the original systems. And that Staggerwing is going to look fantastic!

Once again, bravo Dave for organising such a great range of speakers, well done to Phillip Treweek for his work behind the scenes, and to all of the speakers for not only their time but sharing such detail about their respective projects...and putting up with my questions!
Well done all! Definitely one of the best WONZ Show episodes in my book.
